Es para refrigerar mas los frenos, le mete mas aire, en la F1 hubo unos años que se usaba bastante, pero como cambian las normas de un año para otro lo prohibieron.

Lo de las ruedas delanteras del Delta Integrale es para refrigerar los frenos , funciona como una turbina extrayendo el aire al girar la rueda.
